About Us

Birthing Belonging offers inclusive and accessible childbirth and early parenting education for LGBTQIA+ families through our two-part Rainbow Kin sessions.

The first session focuses on Inclusive Childbirth Education covering labour preparation, birth options, navigating the healthcare system, and creating affirming birth plans that reflect your values.

The second session (can be booked separately) focuses on Early Parenting, exploring newborn care, feeding, sleep, bonding, and building confidence as new parents.

Throughout both sessions, we thoughtfully integrate mental health and holistic wellbeing, recognising and supporting the diverse journeys of Rainbow families.

All classes are held in-person in Naarm (Melbourne) and facilitated by a highly experienced midwife and educator.

Together, we bring a mix of skills, care, and collaboration to help grow belonging in meaningful ways.
